"Day 1 of training and new rules.

Today has been amazing.! We have done some leave training, telling cash down. We have told him to go to his bed and has stayed there too. We have also started to train, when the door knocks he is to go to his bed and stay there and not come out. This worked really well and he got it on the 2nd or 3rd time. He is starting to also listen the 1st time we tell him to leave sometimes lol but more than b4. At 1 point he had 1 of the girls sandles in his mouth and walkin, when i told him to leave he dropped it straight away.! The collar and can technique really works well, to now the point we go to get the can and he does whats asked straight away.! He seems alot calmer now too. Thank you soo much for introducing us to to the combination and for coming to our house to help us with him.! We cant thank you enough.!"

We are very experienced dog owners who have previously had 5 rescue dogs. We called Rupert for help with our current 2 rescues. Nalah is a 1.9 yr old cavapoochon who's crimes involve constantly barking and attention seeking and Galen, a 2 yr old Romanian rescue who's barking at planes in the garden and distrust of men were needing specialist advice. When we called Rupert, we were at the end of our teather with the barking and had tried several behaviouralists and training approaches to reduce it with minimal improvements. From the moment Rupert arrived we felt at ease and really supported. We were taught easy but highly effective techniques to manage the undesirable behaviours and immediatly saw a difference. Since yesterday when she left, we have used the strategies and have had a quiet home all day! honestly it's blooming remarkable. Rupert knew what to do, why and how and was so down to earth and encouraging which was just what we needed as we were feeling so deflated from over 1.5 yrs of dedicated training with limited progress in the barking and recall areas. To say that this consultation was life changing would be an understatment. Nalahs barking had a huge impact on our lives and we had to manage every single moment to avoid it. I now feel free and in control and filled with hope for our future. Thankyou isn't enough.

Rupert was recommended to us by a well known dog trainer and we were just going on his recommendation because we hadn’t found her social media at this point or any reviews. We were nervous about how successful the training would be. We had been to group classes and other training before this and taken things from all of them but essentially our dog wasn’t listening to us and he was in charge! We needn’t have worried. Within one session our dog was transformed and we were given all the tools we needed to ensure it continued. We’ve had ongoing support since - not that we’ve needed any because everything was so clear and we’ve been made to feel like we were not alone once the training session was over. We gained more knowledge in that one session than we ever did reading countless things online, books and group classes. Most importantly our dog is much happier calmer and more content....minus the odd sulk when he doesn’t get his own way.
